AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are SnapWear LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in North Carolina, United States at 40 brodie gym Dr, Durham, NC 27707.

We operate the mobile application SnapWear (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using any part of our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. INTRODUCTION TO SNAPWEAR

SnapWear provides an AI-powered virtual clothing try-on experience. Our service allows you to upload a photograph of yourself and a photograph of a clothing item, and our software will generate a composite image showing you wearing that item. The App is offered on a subscription basis — either monthly or yearly — which grants you access to this functionality for the duration of your subscription.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by them. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. USER DATA AND PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. We do not use or sell any user data. All photos or personal data you upload to SnapWear are used solely for the purpose of providing our Services. We do not share or distribute your data to third parties. However, we may collect certain analytics or usage data to help us improve the App, but only if you explicitly opt in. 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT

SnapWear offers subscription plans on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees related to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that cancellation will only be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or introduce new fees at any time with prior notice.

6. AI LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Our AI is designed to generate a visual approximation of how a clothing item might look on you, but it does not guarantee a perfect fit, sizing accuracy, or aesthetic outcome. The rendered images are approximations and should not be considered an exact representation of how clothing will fit or appear in real life.

• The AI does not account for fabric draping, material thickness, or tailoring.
• The AI output is not a substitute for in-person fitting or professional styling advice.
• We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions or dissatisfaction with products based on AI-generated images.
• Your reliance on the AI’s output is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that SnapWear LLC (including our officers, directors, agents, affiliates, and employees) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all content, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and software, are owned or controlled by SnapWear LLC or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms. You retain any ownership rights to the images or content you upload, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your uploaded content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems or networks.
• Using the Services to harass, abuse, or harm any person or entity.
• Impersonating any person or entity or providing false information.
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Services.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Services after such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
